When you enquire about or book a course, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, Unique Student Identifier (USI), identification documents, employer details, and your answers to questions on our forms (for example your experience level).
How We Collect It
We collect information directly from you, through our website and booking system, through lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, by phone, and in person at training.
Why We Collect It
We use your information to respond to enquiries, process bookings and payments, deliver training and assessments, issue statements of attainment and records of your results, and meet our legal obligations as a training provider.
Who We Share It With
We deliver training in partnership with National Courses (RTO 41072), and we share the information needed for enrolment, assessment and certification with them. We may also share information with regulators such as SafeWork NSW and the Australian Government where the law requires it, and with service providers who help us run our business (such as our booking and email systems). We do not sell your personal information.
